Update Yourself with the Latest Products and Techniques at Advanced Manufacturing UK
Update Yourself with the Latest Products and Techniques at Advanced Manufacturing UK. If there’s one place where manufacturing professionals can this year find all the answers they need to modern manufacturing products, processes and technologies, then it’s Advanced Manufacturing UK. The hundreds of displays by Advanced Manufacturing UK exhibitors will clearly demonstrate how modern technology can save manufacturers time and money.

For example, at Mtec - the UK’s only event dedicated to instrumentation and techniques for practical measurement as required in control, engineering, processing, physics, chemistry, utility and the life sciences sector – Anton Paar will present its range of high-quality measuring and analysis instruments for industrial and research applications, while Dwyer Instruments will demonstrate why it is a leading manufacturer in the controls and instrumentation industry.

Endevco will exhibit a comprehensive range of accelerometer and shock sensors, and Hamamatsu Photonics will offer a variety of CMOS linear image sensors. Visitors will also see HBM's range of sensors, transducers, strain gages, amplifiers and data acquisition systems, as well as software for structural durability investigations, tests and analysis. Meanwhile, the Infratec Sensor Division will show its skill at developing customer-specific components in pyroelectric infrared detectors used by manufacturers of infrared pyrometers and devices.

Visit the National Instruments stand to experience the latest product innovations in virtual instrumentation and graphical system design through modular hardware, powerful software and advanced custom off-the-shelf platforms – and see how Relec Electronics helps design engineers build better solutions, offering specialist technical support in, for instance, power supplies, filters, circuit protection, liquid crystal displays, switches, rubber keypads, connectors and a wide variety of sensor products.

Also, transducer solutions specialist RDP Electronics will show the latest developments in sensor technology – and learn why TESA Metrology manufactures and markets more than 5,000 dimensional metrology products, ranging from high-precision hand-held tools to sophisticated measuring systems, as well as CMM products and vision systems for non-contact measurement.

Weldlogic will display a computer-controlled arc-welding package developed to carry out precision automatic welding operations simply and accurately, while offering the flexibility to adapt to a wide range of weld configurations.

At the accompanying Machine Building & Automation show - the recognised event for products, systems, components and services utilised by the machine building and advanced manufacturing industry – Delta Line will be offering a wide variety of products intended as either single motion products within an application or as a complete system. And the notion that any type of linear actuator can be chosen for any axis in an X-Y-Z system will be challenged by HepcoMotion at this year’s event, using a specially developed demonstration unit.

Visitors will also learn that linear technology expert igus has developed a completely new breed of hybrid linear bearing that both rolls and slides, and why Newport Spectra-Physics has developed its high performance Hexapod 6-axis micropositioning system.

Also, WMH Transmissions will demonstrate why it is a market leader in the manufacture of high quality gear products and leadscrews, and is a specialist supplier of rotary and linear power transmission products.

At Practical Vacuum - the principal event for all aspects of vacuum technology - Bronkhorst will focus on its new Cori-Fill technology for compact, single point responsibility, dosage/filling liquid delivery systems, while Edwards-Precision Plus Vacuum Parts will show why it is one of the world’s largest independent manufacturers of vacuum pump replacement parts.

Visitors will also learn about the expertise of Kurt J. Lesker Co as a full service manufacturer and distributor of deposition and vacuum systems, components and materials, while the Trumpf stand will focus on the company’s prowess in the field of DC, MF and RF power supply technology.

VTX targets expert and potential users of vision systems, and at the show Alrad Imaging will illustrate how its Cyclocam system incorporates the latest in high-speed camera technology for automated production lines. Clear View Imaging offers a wide and varied range of machine vision components, and Stemmer Imaging will explain why it is Europe's largest imaging technology provider.

At the 3C show (contamination control and cleanrooms), Airedale Environmental Services will be offering expert design and construction of mechanical services projects, particularly refrigeration and air conditioning systems, while Cleanroom Solutions will present a range of cleanroom products.

Dagard Clean Room is a leading European designer, producer and installer of cleanroom envelopes, and Felcon designs and manufactures containment systems for contamination control.

The GWP Group will display its extensive design and manufacturing expertise across the full spectrum of corrugated board, foam, wood, conductive and plastic packaging, while Lamarflo’s products and services include horizontal and vertical laminar flow workstations, wet process benches, fume cupboards, stainless steel equipment, clean air enclosures, air showers, cleanroom furniture, pass-through hatches and a range of plastic fabrication services

Also, visitors to the Nitritex stand will see BioClean ClearView autoclavable cleanroom goggles for the very first time, and how Shield Medicare now offers a wider than ever range of effective sterile alcohols and disinfectants, wipes, multi-packs and cleaning systems.
